All fees paid to NSG Academy LLP are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once the payment is successfully made, no requests for refund, adjustment, or transfer will be entertained.

2. Admission Cancellation

NSG Academy reserves the full right to cancel any student’s admission at any time if:

The student is found violating institute rules
Misconduct or indiscipline is observed
False information is provided during admission

In such cases, no refund of fees will be provided.

3. Code of Conduct

All students are required to maintain proper discipline while attending:

Online lectures
Offline classes
Any academic or institute-related activities

Any form of:

Misbehavior
Disruption
Inappropriate communication

may lead to strict action including suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.

4. Rules & Regulations

All students must strictly abide by the rules and regulations set by NSG Academy from time to time.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the management.

5. Batch / Course Policy

NSG Academy reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or merge batches based on operational requirements.
Course structure, faculty, or schedule may be updated without prior notice for academic improvement.

6. Technical & Service Disclaimer

NSG Academy shall not be held responsible for:

Internet issues from the student’s side
Device-related problems
Temporary platform/service interruptions

No refund will be issued for such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All study materials, recorded lectures, and content provided by NSG Academy are for personal use only.
Sharing, distributing, or reproducing content without permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. Rights of Management

The management of NSG Academy LLP reserves all rights regarding admission, policies, and decision-making, which shall be final and binding.
